Build to Rent (BtR) or Private Rented Sector (PRS) have recently become a hot topic as uncertainty in the property sales market has made developers consider other alternatives. We can support funding for projects ranging from 60 units to 600 units in the following way:
- Forward Funding: Our Institutional Partners buys the land, pays for the Build out and retains the asset as a long-term investment.
- Forward Commit: This is where one of our institutional partners agrees to purchase the project on completion.
- Senior Debt Finance to Build out.
- Mezzanine Finance to “top up” the Senior Debt.
